This project provided financial assistance through the Quito Valle Interoceanico Rotary Club in Quito, Ecuador to complete construction of Community Medical and Development Center. This Center provides low income people with medical and community education services. Seminars will be conducted on subjects such as family planning, community, mental and neurological health, violence in families, and AIDS. Workshops from this center be provided for poor women so they can learn skills to earn an income and help to support their families.
